Blues and Wigan linked with Palace Defender

Town and Wigan are linked with a loan for Crystal Palace center-half Jaroslaw Jach.
According to The sun on sunday, the 27-year-old is a loan target for the Blues and Latics.
Former two-cap Polish international Jach joined the Eagles in 2018 but only made one League Cup appearance for the south Londoners, spending his time on loan at Turkey’s Caykur Rizespor, Sheriff Tiraspol in Moldova, back in Poland with Rakow Czestochowa twice and Dutch side Fortuna Sittard.
Before joining Palace, the 6-foot-4 center-back was with Lechia Dzierzoniow and Zaglebie Lubin in his home country.
Having signed George Edmundson from Rangers and Cameron Burgess from Accington this summer and with Luke Woolfenden and Toto Nsiala remaining on the squad from last season, the Blues moving to another center-back would be a surprise.

WHAT ? Starting to look like another Lambert reinforcement job, if there’s any truth to that! |

Everything smacks of despair now. Six weeks ago, a strong center defensive pair should have been in place for the start of the season. “We will score more than the opposition” was the general consensus. The problem is … we’re not. And a point over the next two games leaves us no room for maneuver and will almost crush us. Once the horse has bolted, it occurs to me. |
