She told the outlet, “Jenna was well loved, bubbly, a really happy girl.

“She was talkative and had lots of friends. Jenna was popular, she had different friends but always new friends because she was outgoing.

“She was in love, she had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone.

“Jenna was raised by her grandmother and grandfather, so she took care of them because her mother died at a young age.”

She also said that Jenna worked as a caregiver at different nursing homes.

The 34-year-old was raised by her grandparents Beryl and Alex Smith and has two brothers and a sister, Joe, Tony and Danielle.

Hayley added: “When we were growing up, we went out at night and stuff and things like that. We literally grew up together.

“She was like the older sister I never had, it’s like this older role model.

“She loved to socialize, go out with friends at night and was funny.

“She loved spending time with her nephews and nieces and she kept them.

“Jenna loved spending time with them and was very family oriented. She drove everyone crazy but everyone still loved her.

Hayley started a GoFundMe page to raise money to help Jenna’s family with funeral costs and bring her body back from Turkey

Writing on the page, she said: “As you can imagine everyone is heartbroken and I wanted to take the pressure off them, not having to worry about the cost.

“If anyone can spare donations it will be greatly appreciated and I know they will be beyond grateful.

“No family should have to go through this.”

Jenna’s other two friends, Ste Pilson and Dean Ashton, are also running 20 miles in her memory in hopes of raising money to help cover funeral costs.
