These countries have agreed to mutual recognition of Covid-19 vaccination certificates with India. According to the latest guidelines issued by the Union Health Ministry, travelers from those countries that have been listed in “Category A” must submit a self-declaration form on the Air Suvidha portal – newdelhiairport.in – prior to the planned trip, except for uploading a negative RT-PCR report. However, the countries currently considered “at risk” by India, which means that travelers from where should undergo additional measures on arrival, including testing, are the United Kingdom, South Africa.
