Leicester City have reportedly set the asking price for winger Rachid Ghezzal.
Ghezzal spent the 2020-21 season on loan at Besiktas and had a big impact there.
The 29-year-old has scored eight goals and provided 18 assists in 35 appearances as he helped the Turkish side clinch a league-cup double.
Besiktas is keen to retain the player’s services on a permanent basis and he does not appear to feature in Brendan Rodgers’ future plans, so a move could be considered this summer.
Turkish media outlet Fanatik reports Leicester want ⬠6million for Ghezzal (around £ 5.16million), who still has a year left to fulfill his contract at King Power Stadium.
Besiktas is apparently trying to bring prices down, alongside the Algerian’s wage demands.
The article claims that another Turkish side, Galatasaray, has also registered an interest in Ghezzal.
It has already been reported that Saudi club Al Nassr are also keen to sign him, with the former Monaco club also linked.
However, Ghezzal says his preferred option would be to return to Besiktas.
“Because Turkey is a Muslim country and I want to be in the Champions League the new season, I want to continue my career at Besiktas,” he told Fanatik.
“From the Middle East, Europe or another club in Turkey … My priority is Besiktas, it doesn’t matter who makes an offer.
“If I cannot agree with Besiktas, I will consider other options. However, I know Besiktas wants me a lot and (has) tried everything to get me.”

Ghezzal joined City from Monaco in 2018 for a reported fee of around £ 10million, possibly as high as £ 12.5million.
He made 23 appearances and scored three goals in his debut season with the Foxes, but was unable to break through regularly in the starting lineup.
He spent the 2019-20 season on loan in Italy with Fiorentina, who reportedly had an option to buy him for ⬠10million but that was not accepted.
