Not this year. Los Asaderos, 1535 N. Main St., home to the hottest and best green chicken enchiladas in town, serves lunch until 3 p.m. on Friday and will reopen Sunday at 11 a.m. (Amy’s the next door will open for Christmas, 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., serving pork pozole. Joe T. Garcia’s nearby will serve Christmas Eve dinner, then reopen on Sunday.)
